All 88 accessories, 30 disguise sets and 21 runes in Suikoden STAR LEAP: what each one does, what the craft costs, the quality it can roll, and who...
Every character wears one accessory and one rune, and most of them are nobody's in particular: they come out of a pool the whole party shares, so the question is usually not what to make for someone but who gets the piece you already have. The exceptions are the accessories made for one fighter alone. A crafted accessory's value is a span rather than a number — the craft rolls a point inside it and prints its quality, ◆ through ◆◆◆◆◆, for where it landed — so two copies of the same ring can sit nine tenths of a percent apart.
What a craft rolls
The counter does not decide by the recipe, it decides by what you feed it: every ingredient carries a value set by its own tier and quality, and the total against the recipe's ceiling is what the roll is drawn from. Which means the odds below hold for every accessory alike — a rank C cape and a rank A ring roll the same way. Mixing qualities lands between these rows, and one ingredient at the top pulls harder the more copies of it the recipe asks for.

Gold Wing Plume, Reinforced Thorny Bracelet, Thorny Bracelet roll nothing at all: they come out the same whatever goes in.
Dappled Light Badge, Holy Seal sit a step across the table: the game marks their weakest roll with five diamonds, the same as their strongest.
Every accessory
A rank is the same piece at a higher value: Cape, Silver Cape, Gold Cape. What each piece is worth to sell rises with the quality it rolled.

A disguise set goes in the same slot and does something no accessory does: it makes its wearer answer to something they are not. Every trait, skill and leader skill looking for that attribute, that weapon type or that army finds them — and every basic stat they have pays for it. There is nothing to roll for either: a disguise set comes out of the craft at ◆◆◆◆◆ whatever goes into it.

What each role wants
Every accessory ranks all six roles, and these are the pieces each role is reached for first — neither support role is ever at the head of a list. It is the order auto-equip follows, which is also what makes it a trap: auto-equip will take a piece off someone to hand it to whoever ranks higher for it, so lock the slots you have settled.
