Tier list as of April 2025

This tier list is still a work in progress (WIP). The community is actively investigating the differences, buffs, and nerfs compared to the version released prior to April 10.

How the Tier List Is Calculated

• General Criteria:
  • Character Kits, Duplicates, and Talents: We first evaluate the core aspects of each character, including their unique kits, any duplicates they might have, and their inherent talents.
  • Ease of Use: We then consider how challenging it is to effectively play the character. Some require complex setups or long combo sequences to fully pull their weight.
• Destruction-Type Characters:
  • Damage Output: Assessing both their potency and efficiency as damage dealers, including how quickly they deal damage and how effective they are with varying resource investments, while also considering the complexity of executing their skills.
  • Additional Utility: Characters who offer extra benefits, such as debuffs or crowd control, receive a bonus.
  • Elemental Reactions: Factoring in elemental reactions, since some elements deliver massive damage instantly while others require setup.
• Assist/Support Characters:
  • Team Benefits: Focus on their ability to provide buffs, heals, or other support to the team, along with any additional contributions.
• Breaker/Balanced Characters:
  • Hybrid Role Complexity: These characters combine damage dealing and support capabilities, often possessing both assist functionalities and strong damage potential. Their evaluation carefully balances both aspects.

Tier Ranks

• SS: A character in this tier would go so far above and beyond lower tier options that the sheer opportunity cost of not using them would be actively detrimental to your gameplay.
• S: A character in this tier is the best of the best in their particular role with no notable flaws or downsides.
• A: A character in this tier is very good, but have one or multiple flaws that hold them back from a higher placement. What strength they do have isn't on the level of an S tier character.
• B: A character in this tier does their job competently, but higher tier characters likely do this job better.
• C: A character in this tier is simply outclassed in nearly, if not every, regard by a readily available alternative(s).
